Allergen chart questions
Is this allergen chart legally enough?
It helps you show allergen information clearly, but you are responsible for what you write. Check every recipe and every supplier label, and keep the chart up to date when recipes change.
Is my data saved?
No. The chart is made in your browser and nothing is uploaded. Print it or save it as PDF before you close the page.
Can the chart update itself when my menu changes?
Yes, with Menuseum: you mark allergens once per dish, and your QR menu, printed menu and allergen information always show the current state.
How should I show allergens to guests?
Many restaurants mark allergens as numbers on the menu with a legend, keep a full chart at the counter, and train staff to answer questions about traces.
Let your menu keep the allergen chart up to date.
Mark allergens once per dish. Guests filter them on the QR menu, and your printed menus show them automatically.
