Menuseum is not a fiscal till. Where the law requires a certified till (TSE in Germany, RT in Italy, a fiscal cash register in Poland…), ring up the sales there; Menuseum handles the order, the kitchen and the bill.

Frequently asked questions

Which phones work?

Any iPhone, Android phone or tablet with a current browser. No app to install.

Can waiters take payments?

They record cash and card payments on the table's bill and can take gift vouchers. Guests can also pay their share on their own phone by QR code through Stripe. Card readers are not connected yet.

Can guests call a waiter from the table?

Yes, from the QR menu: 'Call the waiter' and 'Bring the bill'. You can switch either off.

What happens if the Wi-Fi drops?

Phones switch to mobile data; screens reconnect by themselves and catch up with every order placed in the meantime.

How many devices and staff?

As many as you need, in the plan at $9 a month per location.
