Is the QR menu really free?
Yes, for one location and as long as you like: QR menu, menu website on name.menuseum.com, 30 languages and allergens. Ordering, payments, bookings and TV boards are part of the paid plan.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. They scan the code with the phone camera and the menu opens in the browser in about a second.
Can guests order from the QR menu?
Yes, if you switch on ordering (paid plan). Each table code then knows the table number, and orders go straight to the kitchen screen.
What happens when I change a price?
All QR codes show the new price at once. The codes themselves never change, so you never reprint them.
Do you track my guests?
No. The menu sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We only count anonymous views so you can see how often the menu is opened.
