Should I leave Uber Eats completely?
Usually not at once. Many restaurants keep one app to be found by new guests and move their regulars to direct pickup and delivery, where no commission is due.
Do I need my own drivers for delivery?
Yes. Menuseum gives your drivers their own screen, but it doesn't send couriers. If you don't deliver yourself, offer pickup: it needs no drivers at all.
What does Menuseum cost?
$9 a month per location (or $79 a year), with 0% commission on every order. Stripe charges its normal card fee on online payments.
Can guests pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Choose online payment, payment to the driver, or both. The driver's screen shows what to collect.
