Frequently asked questions

Which devices can I use?

Any tablet or phone with a modern browser: iPad, Android tablets, old phones. A wall-mounted tablet in the kitchen works well.

Does it print kitchen tickets?

If you want paper, yes: on Star (CloudPRNT) and Epson (Server Direct Print) printers, or on any printer through a print station, routed by kitchen, bar and counter. Many kitchens work with screens only.

What if the Wi-Fi is down?

Screens reconnect automatically and catch up with every order placed in the meantime. A mobile hotspot is a good backup.

Can staff see sales or settings?

No. Staff screens are separate from the owner's dashboard. Only owners and managers you invite can change the menu, prices or settings.

How many devices are included?
