What you will never pay us
Many restaurant tools look cheap and then charge for every order, guest or screen. We don't.
Card payments are processed by Stripe, which charges its standard fees to your own Stripe account. Menuseum adds nothing on top.
Pricing questions
Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. You get every feature free for 30 days without a card. After that you choose a plan or stay on the free QR menu.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing breaks. Your QR menu and menu website stay online for free. Ordering, payments, bookings and TV boards pause until you choose a plan.
Is my website shown on Google?
With the paid plan, yes: Google can show your home page and menu in your main language once the site has at least 5 dishes, your address and opening hours. Free and trial sites work for every guest who scans your QR codes or follows your links, but stay hidden from search engines. This keeps empty test sites out of Google.
Is the domain really free?
Yes. While you are on the paid plan, Menuseum registers a domain for your venue (for example a .com or your country's ending) and hosts your website. You can also connect a domain you already own.
Which fees does Stripe charge?
Stripe's standard card fees, which depend on your country and the card. They are taken by Stripe from each payment before it is paid out to you. Menuseum adds 0%.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans end at the end of the month you cancel in. Yearly plans run until the end of the paid year.
I have several venues. How does that work?
Each location has its own website, menu, tables and screens. The first location costs $9 a month, each additional one $6.
