Frequently asked questions

Does Menuseum do delivery?

No. Menuseum handles pickup and dine-in orders. Many restaurants keep a delivery platform for new customers and move regulars to their own pickup ordering, where no commission is charged.

How do I get paid?

Online payments go directly into your own Stripe account and are paid out to your bank by Stripe. Cash and card payments at pickup are recorded by your staff.

Can I add the ordering link to Google?

Yes. Add your Menuseum ordering link to your Google Business Profile as the order link, and to your Instagram bio.

Do I need a printer for tickets?

No. Orders appear on a tablet in the kitchen with a sound. Any tablet or phone with a browser works.

What does it cost?

$9 a month per location, with 0% commission. Stripe charges its standard card fees on online payments.
