Events and group requests with offers

1. 1Guests fill in the event form on your website: date, time, number of guests, occasion and wishes.
2. 2You get an e-mail. In Events, open the request and build the offer: set menus, drinks packages, room hire, minimum spend.
3. 3Set a deposit (20% is suggested) and send the offer.
4. 4The guest accepts and pays the deposit online. The event is confirmed and the tables are blocked in your booking calendar.

Tip: No deposit needed? Send the offer without one; the guest just accepts it. You can also confirm by hand.
