Booking rules and capacity

Online bookings respect two limits: guests starting per time slot, and guests in the room at the same time, using the table time for the party size.

1. 1Open Bookings and press Booking rules.
2. 2Set the largest group online, the table times, the seats you sell online, how soon and how far ahead guests may book.
3. 3Decide whether bookings are confirmed automatically or by you.

Tip: Bookings you add yourself (by phone or walk-in) are never blocked by the limits: you know your room.

Busy or short of staff? "Close online booking today" on the Today page stops online bookings for the rest of the day; they open again tomorrow by themselves.
