A request form on your website asks for the date, the number of guests, the occasion and the budget. You answer with an offer: menu lines, a deposit and how long the offer is valid. The guest accepts and pays the deposit online, and the tables are blocked for that evening.

Accept and pay online
The guest accepts the offer and pays the deposit by card; the booking is confirmed and the tables are blocked.
