Frequently asked questions

Who keeps the money?

You do. Guests pay on your own Stripe account at Stripe's normal fee; Menuseum adds nothing.

Can a voucher be refunded?

An unused voucher can be cancelled in the dashboard; one bought online is refunded to the buyer.

Is it included in the plan?

Yes, at $9 a month per location, with as many vouchers as you sell.
