Take payments with Stripe
Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and local methods, straight to your account.
- 1Open Payments, choose the country of your business and press Connect with Stripe.
- 2Stripe asks for your business details, an ID and your bank account; this takes a few minutes. If you already use Stripe, sign in with it.
- 3Back in Menuseum the status shows Connected as soon as Stripe allows payments. Until then guests pay at the counter.
- 4Choose what guests may do: pay at the table, split the bill, leave tips, pay pickup and delivery orders online.
Guests pay on your own Stripe account; Stripe pays out to your bank. Stripe charges its standard fees; Menuseum adds 0%. Which methods guests see (for example PayPal, iDEAL, BLIK) depends on what Stripe offers in your country and what you switch on in Stripe.
Tip: The confirmations are not fiscal receipts. Book the sales in your till where the law requires it.
