Your guest list, consent and data requests
One list of everyone who booked or ordered, and how to answer GDPR requests.
The guest list shows visits, orders, no-shows and your team's notes for every guest. Guests who ticked "Send me news" are marked; only they may receive newsletters. Every e-mail has an unsubscribe link.
- 1Export the list as a CSV (all guests, or only those who agreed to news).
- 2A guest asks to be forgotten? Open them and press Delete this guest's data. Their bookings and orders stay, without name and contact details.
Tip: Don't write allergies in guest notes: they belong to the booking and are deleted 30 days after the visit.
