Delivery with your own drivers
Zones by distance or postcode, your fees and minimums, 0% commission.
- 1Open Delivery and switch it on.
- 2Add zones: up to a distance from your venue, or a list of postcodes ("101*" covers every postcode starting with 101).
- 3Set each zone's fee, minimum order and, if you like, free delivery from an amount.
- 4Set the driving time and how many deliveries you can do per time slot.
- 5Add your drivers under Staff & devices with the role Driver.
Guests enter their address at checkout; Menuseum checks the zone, adds the fee and offers delivery times. Drivers open menuseum.com/staff on their phone: they see the address with a map link, the phone number and whether to collect cash or card, and mark the order on the way and delivered.
Tip: Guests get an e-mail when the order is accepted and when it is on the way.
